I needed so help to print something. I was told by one staff member take a picture use the QR CODE . And you’ll get it. Then I tried a second told me she WOULD BE out in a moment. She never came. Thankfully a man who was beside me helped me. As I was leaving suddenly 3 staff members wanted to know the experience I had a staple.. I said it horrible, suddenly now staff want to help and care. I’m sorry I understand is the holidays and everyone is busy. But also understand someone do need help.

Do not use this location for printing. I sent 5 documents and 3 were incorrect. The last one I only found when I got home and tried to call. Couldn't get through so drove back out at 4.15pm to be told the printing staff had left for the day (store is open till 6pm). Will now have to do another trip to get it fixed. Staff is not helpful. Looking now at the awful reviews from other printing customers it appears to be a deficient service there.

Ridiculous how a company probably worth billions can't print a custom photo size of 3.5 x 5 inches. The gentleman at the printing desk, who's name starts with an "S" (I can't remember) couldn't look more bored and annoyed with his job if he tried. First he told me Staples doesn't handle prints with a small size like mine (3.5 x 5"), then he offered up some other explanation that I would have to process it online, print at their store, and blah blah I couldn't even care to hear the rest. If you want just a SINGLE photo custom printed, you're better off going to the small-mid size companies that will actually cater to your needs. Billion dollar companies like Staples can't be bothered.

Staples is a good place to get your office and school supplies and some accessories but as for buying electronics,not so much. Bought a computer there,got extended warranty but had to fight to get service when needed. I bought it because a staff worker was so nice saying the computer is on sale and was going to give me a few add ons but never again,was not worth the aggravation. I usually buy from Best Buy and that's where i will return and continue to get electronics,they do have a great system!

Our family had our ID pictures taken today and i'm not satisfied with the result and how they handled it. I expected better quality photos taken by professionals, but it turns out that the staff holding the camera is ill equipped to take photos. She just took one shot and that's it. Didn't even bother to show client if satisfied with photo. When I saw the pictures at home (I asked for digital copies only), my hair was messy and jacket is not aligned. As someone holding the camera, they should advise customers properly. For the price we paid to take our photos, I expected a more professional handling & experience. I'm very disappointed and will never get photos from them again. I have better photos using my phone's camera, if only I can use them to submit for official immigration documents.

The worst staples I have ever been to. I went to go get some papers laminated, the line was so long and only one person was working while there were 4 other employees standing at the front cash doing nothing staring at the line. Eventually the guy helped me and told me it would be ready in two days. That seemed like a long time but I was fine with that. Two days later no call nothing, the next day no call nothing, so I went in on the third day, the guy looks at me and says that it has not even been started! No compensation nothing. I could not believe it. Train your employees better to be more organized.
